Need Help, is this a scam?

I'm selling my watch online for the very first time. I person emailed me asking me the last price and sent me the following.

Am ok with your price, and condition I will add the 5%  paypal charge give me your Bank Details so i can make payment from my PayPal to your bank account so i can proceed with the payment, my

shipping agent will be coming for the pick up after i complete the payment and you get your money , and i will be responsible for all transportation charges to my home in malaysia I'll like you to send me your address so that my shipping agent can figure it out and come for the pick up and other necessary things i will pay for it now i am a serious buyer ok  so i can also transfer the money from my PAYPAL  ACCOUNT to your bank account so kindly get back to me with your bank details for the payment

The whole "shipping agent" thing is somewhat of a red flag, but I haven't sold anything online so I don't really know.

Can anyone confirm?

Same scam still going on! 🙄
I've advertised at Blocket (Scandi version of Craigs list) and first got a message in Swedish on that messenger, translated:
" Hi, is your item still for sale? if yes, answer me back on my email xxx"  
Me being the fool did. But then he answered in English wanting my PayPal details & address in order to "have his shipping agent" come pick it up.
Now I caught on - scam alert! (PayPal is not the no 1 paying method on the Blocket platform and shipping abroad is super weird)
FYI, email he gave contained golez0222, but name when replied showed Golze)
So yeah, this is a scam.
