Hi so I got scammed by a company claiming to sell pigmmy bunnies they usually go for over 100 bucks but because it was a clearing out item they charged me 50 bucks. I have camera footage and everything that I didn't recieve the counterfeit bunny and still no refund. They didn't even give me a tracking number till I filed the dispute smh... what can I do to get my money back? Only reason I found out it was a scam is because I called the real company and explained the situation and they let me know that this wasn't there account Email and I should have recieved a email with tracking immediately.thank you for your advice
