Hello All,
Looking for advice.
Someone recently has hacked my Nike.com personal shopping account and placed an order for amount totalling £154.90 to an address that I do not recognise and is in a different city altogether. The payment has been made through paypal (I set up paypal as my preferred payment from previous orders).
I have gained access to my Nike account and changed the password but feel that fraud has been committed.
The payment is pending authorisation on paypal- I have tried to cancel payments to Nike.com via my paypal account. I have also contacted Nike.com, paypal and my card issuer and none are taking any responsibility and telling me to contact the other and sending me round in circles.

This must be a really alarming situation.
In PayPal perspective, if the authorization status is still pending, then we cannot do anything about it yet. Paypal can only legally cancel a pending authorization 30 days from the time of purchase. However, I am wondering why nike.com and your card issuer cannot cancel the payment.
- Your card issuer should be able to stop the payment.
- Nike.com should cancel the payment on their end since it's still pending.
I highly recommend that you contact nike.com one more time and ask for their account manager or someone who has access to their PayPal account. Tjey should be able to cancel that.
If any case that this transaction went through (status: completed), paypal can intervene as soon as you file a billing dispute for unauthorized transaction.

Same thing here...I’ve never had an account with Nike to contact them so my issue Is with PayPal. I reported a spam text to you which took 2 days to reply to and suddenly I’m hacked? Resolution centre won’t let me report it and your phone number is cutting off.
