I want to know what's the wrong I did ? I can give u verification for all transactions I don't know what's the wrong so how I can explain something? Or we should go in court and clarify everything there with proofs ? I want to know why PayPal did it with my account I m not satisfy with PayPal this action. They are keeping my big amount on hold I need this money as soon as possible .PayPal not explaining anything how I can get this money.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
