I bought a phone from Ali express for 469.88 3/30/2021 thru pay in 4 ---and immediately cancelled the order. It was never mailed. I was told that they received the whole amount from Pay in 4. I FILED A CLAIM 3/31 for the 1st payment made 117.47. I contacted Ali express and they said it takes 20 BUSINESS DAYS. So I waited. No money during which I paid 2 more payments, a total of 360.41 by 4/28/2021 .2 months and supposedly Ali express supposedly sent 117.47 to Pay in 4. So the Pay in 4 debt is paid in full. My 3 payments to pay in 4 are NOWHERE I guess they didn't amend the dispute or this pay in 4 stuff is all **bleep** up. All the experts don't look at the body of the transactions.
