PAY PAL RESOLUTION CENTER NOT ANSWERING MY PLEAS FOR HELP

I am totally frustrated.  I have been trying to get a problem of non delivery of two items from a company who took my payment and in trying to work with them it is just a run around to "pacify" me.   I get those messages that if not resolved by Aug. 2 the case will be closed; I have send messages asking for PayPal Resolution to please take this over for me and I get NO REPLY FROM PAYPAL !   I am going to look for a phone number to see if ANYONE AT PAY PAL will help. At this point I am as frustrated with PayPal as I am the company to took my money and never send me what I ordered.

Why don't you escalate to a claim for paypal to get involved before the dispute times out?
