Hi I have had someone steal my pac code and transfer mobile number over to different network, i can't access account as text verification comes to phone number and no other way to access or verify, there have been unauthorised transactions occurring but can't get through to PayPal to update or access PayPal app as passwords and email have been changed. Any help would be much appreciated as unsure what to do.
