If anyone wants to know why they are getting **bleep** and can't get any help go to their corporate site and read the comments...you are NOT alone. My money is gone and they don't care: <removed>

I removed my credit card info so no one can steal any more money from me going forward...buyer beware. They don't think twice about letting fraudulent companies steal from you then will back the theiving sellers every time. They are using this pandemic as an excuse not to help you, they have no live staffing. Totally automated theft. They will steal billions before they are shut down! Get out NOW!

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

If so and you would like advice feel free to ask.

If it wasn't the common China scam then provide some information if you actually would like advice.

How does that even relate to my issue with paypal? It's paypal's job to protect my money NOT steal my money, close my case and refuse to reply to ANY of my requests for help? They are protecting these thieving sellers instead of their customers. Go to the corporate site and read all the comments from people they have victimised! I live 2400 miles away from their headquarters or I'd ho over there right now and punch the CEO right in the face for all the misery they have caused people. They have cost me more that the $60 credit in my account from a PAYROLL CHECK they refused to send me. I knew they end up stealing my money from day one and now they finally have gotten what's left. Sure, $60 is not much to fat cat management there but it means a lot to me in retirement, not to mention all the money I've lost in jobs I couldn't get from these failed transactions. Paypal and ebay are co-conspirators in all this and the government should shut them both down but then, our current government's administration are just as big a thieves as they are and protect the big corporations who put them in office and will keep them there. They lost my patronage FOREVER! WARN YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY BEFORE THEY ROB THEM TOO.!

You want details smart **bleep** then solve THIS... I bought a cordless tool kit from an advertised ebay seller on July 6th. Almost 3 weeks later I was sent a tracking number that said my package was delivered on JUNE 30TH!? How is that even possible? No problem. Paypal will protect me so I tried to get help from paypal, NO REPLY. I tried to contact ebay, NO REPLY. I tried to contact the seller, NO REPLY. When my credit card bill came the $35 charges was STILL THERE? I contacted my credit card company and THEY HELPED ME IMMEDIATELY! I was refunded my $35. BUT because I turned to them for help paypal has cut off all help and communication that from my experience was never really there for ME to begin with. The balance of the transaction, $60 came from a credit balance in MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT! That credit was from a PAYROLL check that they REFUSED TO TRANSFER TO ME over a year ago! I worked for that money. The stole my PAYROLL CHECK!? not some arbitrary transaction credit. The $60 credit in my account is gone! I never received the tools for an important job that I needed which depended on them...I lost the job to a compeditor. Because I turned to the only people who would help me, my credit card company, paypal has decided to steal my $60 credit to punish me for taking this action. At least my credit card company helped me and I was able to get PART of my money back. I know now that paypal could not care less about me or my problems. They protect the sellers because that's the real source of their income. I'm not here to get my problem solved. My money is gone and it's obvious I won't get it back. I'm here to warn the many innocent victims I might prevent getting treated as I have. AGAIN!!! GO TO THEIR CORPORATE WEBSITE AND JUSTBLOOK AT SLL THE COMPLAINTS FROM THE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED JUST LIKE ME. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US!

I asked if it was the Chinese website scam as there are ways to get refunds from these scammers.

But as you don't want advice and prefer to call me names then fine I won't waste my time.

Although others in your position have followed my advice and got a refund.

However as one of those options would have been to contact your card issuer then if you have got your refund thats good.

However I am sure you will be pleased that i will add you to my list to never respond to and try and help again.

Dude, I didn't call you a name. I refered to how you were treating me as a way of identifying you. You, as well as everyone else at Paypal in the position of helpung people, CAN NOT READ! If any of you CAN read you are totally incapable of any level of comprehension OR, as I suspect, are intentionally being obtuse in a not so vailed attempt to participate in the fraudulent actions taken against me by PayPal. Let me be perfectly clear. I HAD A $60 CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT, WILL NOT OR EVER BE RFUNDES TO ME. That is THEFT! Plan and simple. You apparently work for them as you have fallen back on the same flimsy excuse that they have used to ignore me...I sought help from the only people who are going to help me, my credit card company! PAYPAL STOLE FROM ME and you are helping them. That means I was wrong about you. You are not acting like a smart **bleep**. You are acting like a plain old **bleep**! Yes, block me please.
