I made purchase a few weeks ago, on a website. I didn't use my PayPal funds or a PayPal credit card. The website had a PayPal payment method that allowed me to use a U.S. Bank credit card (non-PayPal card). I hope that makes sense.
The scammer never responded to email requests or telephone calls, and never sent the product. My Credit Card company is disputing the charge, but I want to have PayPal also investigated and get this clown's account shut down, before he\she scams other people. (I assume I'm not the first sucker.)

PayPal only seems interested in transactions that PayPal funds are used in, but this transaction was still through PayPal. PayPal may never be aware of this account scamming people.
How can I get this PayPal account investigated by PayPal when there is no PayPal funded transaction?
