PayPal closed my case on unauthorized transaction against my favor

On 20/03/2020, i had a charge to my PayPal balance of $45.24 USD. My account was compromised and I seek assistance in PayPal resolution centre.

I received a response from PayPal in which they closed my case and determined it not fraudulent. Do refer to screenshots attached. 1.PNG2.PNG

 

Can anyone advice how I can get further assistance from PayPal since I can no longer open a new case. Additionally, it will help me if anyone can advice on what kind of information I can provide to PayPal to prove that my account indeed was compromised.
