PayPal happy to return Fake Cartier ring to Seller after being sent in error

Please can someone help. Bought Lego from China and Seller sent a fake Cartier Love Ring instead. Set up a PayPal dispute and PayPal agreed full refund if I send the fake ring back to the seller. On top of that the return address is in Chinese and case closes tomorrow due to waiting for days for PayPal to translate the address. Surely it's not legal either for me to send a counterfeit ring back

Google translate the address to English, then google map both the English and Chinese address to see if they match. Put Chinese address on the package as well.
