PayPal holding my ssi check

They sent me a email saying I cant use PayPal anymore an said no money in or out well they took my social security check an saying they gonna hold it for 6 months well I had to borrow money to pay my bills almost lost my truck because of them they wont even tell me why an I am gonna send them a registered letter asking them to resolve this an if they don't they will be in court next they will be showed they can't just take people's check for no damn reason idk who these people think they are

If there are steps to resolve in the Resolution Center, they can be completed to allow review to reinstate your account. No it didnt help but I have claims against PayPal an according to my lawyer an the better business yall got til the end of the month to fix it or PayPal is gonna be paying more money out then they would if they just give me my damn money I'm done with the game playing

These people are holding my SS check and saying my business dealing what wrong, well I have no ideal what they are talking about because it’s not a business account I have tryed talking to them ; times and nothing is done I’m calling the better business bureau and S S office . Hope your problem gets solved because I have no money and I need to pay rent and buy food, I’m 70 years old and divorced.

I read this and your similar post. PayPal didn’t take your check but they apparently took the money from your bank account and that was your check. Or your check was deposited to your bank account and transferred to your PayPal balance.

I thought they weren’t authorized to take money from a bank account. 

Your story needs more details. If you transferred money to your PayPal account and owed them money, the BBB can’t help you.

I had my SS check deposit into my PayPal acc and now they are holding my money I have no way to pay rent or bye good it’s my only income as far as I’m concerned what they are doing is illegal, I can’t get my medicine nothing, I have done nothing wrong
