Would someone please give me PayPal's customer service phone number for the United States? I have someone who has filed a claim against me and I desperately need to call PayPal because my response does not go through... I keep getting thrown back to the home page when I try to send it...  Please, someone help me...

This is not helpful.

COVID is just an excuse for saving money and not helping paypal customers

We need to talk to real people.  They can answer phones in isolation. So COVID is not a reason to not have customer service people.
