PayPal sides with seller instead of buyer

So I purchased an item on the 24th of March. I ddnt get any updates on the tracking info and every time I looked up tracking it says the same thing. I decided to dispute this since I ddnt recurve my package but Paypal sides with buyer and tells me that the info they received from buyer shows that I received package and CLEARLY I ddnt. Did buyer show them a different tracking than me? I took screen shoots of tracking as well to prove that I still haven’t received item. What should I do since the case has been closed.?!!
