I had an unauthorized transaction on my account that came from Amazon...& after having trouble finding PayPal's "resolution" center, the moment i clicked on the transaction i was attempting to dispute, (without even letting me go further than choosing which transaction was the issue) they claimed they were unable to complete my request saying "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction, please refer to our User Agreement" I don't understand how they are unable to dispute an unauthorized charge from such a well known and commonly used website like Amazon, and to not even let me file a report? It honestly seems like a scam from the bank that's supposed to keep my money secure. I feel completely robbed and PayPal is basically telling me to go f*** myself without even caring to look into the matter. Right on, PayPal. Good looking out.

Hi @Sc_wildchild831,
I'm sorry to hear of the unauthorized transaction.
It sounds like you might have tried filing a claim against a Pending transaction. You will not have the ability to file a claim against a Pending transaction. You would have to wait until the transaction reflects as Completed.
I hope this information helps!
Thanks,
