I am having trouble paying for a flight with ryanair. I tried to book a flight using Paypal 4 days ago. I had previously purchased flights from them using Paypal without any problems. The payment didn't go through on the ryanair site, and paypal showed a msg saying that my payment is pending and that I should wait for them until the problem is resolved. So now on my recent activity on paypal website, i see "pending payment" and it's under review, but then I got a msg saying that my account is limited and my purchasing prohibited items according to the US govt!!! and they send me an email asking for the birthday of the person I tried to book the flight for him. I replied them with an answer and now i'm waiting for them to solve this issue and send me back my money which they deducted from my bank account yesterday.
All this just because of reserving a flight or what? and who should give me my money back, ryanair or paypal? because yesterday when i called paypal they told i should wait then ask ryanair for a refund.
