Payment using guest account on Swappa

Hi ,

I purchased a product on swappa using PayPal guest account , money  was deducted from my credit card but

there was dispute raised in PayPal regrading the payment

I am not able to reach out to any customer care representative and haven;'t received any acknowledgement from PayPal about the transaction

Can anybody please help me out here ?

Get hold of customer care 3 times, First time they asked me to contact my credit card issuer ,the twice they just put me on hold for more 45 minutes ,then I hung up and again trying to call them still waiting It has been now 6 hour and no response from PayPal On top all these already send them 3 emails on customer services no reply to that either No

They asked me to upload a my credit statement at : https://www.paypal.com/ili/uploaddoc

which according to them is a link not a  website but a link and i should myself figure out where i have to upload a document 

which i am still not able to find 

And when i asked  customer care representative ,where to  find , just told me to cancel the  transaction and get in touch with seller 

when asked , can i speak with someone else ,they just hang up on me 

Wasted around 10 hours on this which i never getting back 

I still not able to understand why to give a guest checkout option if you not gonna send a acknowledgement email , no transaction id nothing 

and then raise a dispute on the transaction without even informing 

Lets see who and when will read this post & may try to get in touch  & give me proper explanation what exactly happened 

Till then i am not suing PayPal and request my friends and family to do the same
