Hello all, I just bought online card for my mobile (top up credit) via PayPal. The provider is "Ortel" in Germany. I got a receipt but unfortunately I didn't get money on my account nor any 16digit code to top up by myself. Also I can't connect to the PayPal Digital Gifts to see anything. What is going on. Unfortunately I'm not a able to make a call because.. I DIDNT GET MY CREDITS! That's the problem! Thank you in advance, Dimitrios
