I've seen people have this problem, but no one has solved for me after spending hours on the phone with Customer Service.
They restricted my account with most funds in cryptocurrency. I could not sell the Crypto as the account is limited. The 180 day period expired, I received an email that I'm eligible to withdraw my funds, but no one in multiple levels of Customer Service has been able to help me sell my crypto or retrieve my funds. Customer service should be trained to solve customers problems and not wasting our time!
I just want my money returned, this is so unfair!
