Paypal PLEASE do not support FRAUD

I had a purchase through a Fake lululemon website on 11 June,  payment made via Paypal. I immediately filed for dispute submitted all the proofs of the fraudulent merchant. However, after so much effort contacting Paypal, my dispute was denied. I tried to contact Paypal again but all 4 times my messages were deleted! There is no other way for me to escalate this issue. I'd just want to report a very organised scam here for Paypal to really have a look and not fall for this kind of merchants:

1. Website i made the purchased was lululemonalign.com - the site has now been taken down

2. It was clearly not official Lululemon because all contacts were from some personal Chinese email address

3. I received the shipment details, but when I clicked to see the details, the shipment DID NOT have my address; and the shipment weight was 42KG, while my apparels could only max out 1KG (see picture below)

4. I called FEDEX, and they confirmed that the shipment was not for me. I never received any goods. The merchant, for some reason, can get a shipment detail from a random shipper. 

5. All of the evidence was submitted to Paypal; but there was NO COMMUNICATION with me; and even when I submitted all the screenshots, there was NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that the information will be investigated. This is very disappointing. 

I REQUEST TO HAVE MY CASE PP-D-116184642 RE-INVESTIGATED. PAYPAL, YOU ARE HELPING A FRAUDULENT MERCHANT EARN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS FROM US. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
