Paypal Permanently Limited Account With No Explanation

I have had my account permanently limited by Paypal.  After a week of attempts, I was finally able to talk to "Ashley".  She said my account was deemed to have "risky behavior" and was permanently limited.  Now Ashley could not tell me what this behavior is, nor would anyone else at Paypal be able to tell me.  All she could tell me is I can do nothing about it, I must wait 180 days to withdraw my balance, and I could not open another account.  No chance of that happening!  That's a pretty good racket they have going.  They can use my money for 180 days with no interference from me.  Seems like a nice way to keep cash flow going after e bay separated.  Things that make you go hmmmmm.  From what I am reading on this forum, it has happened to a lot of other folks.

this happened to me yesterday too and I cannot get ahold of anyone to explain to me why I can't get into my account or take my money out. When I call them they don't anwser it goes through the automated call and automated email response that does not anwser my questions at all.
