We have a dating site and like many other dating sites, we offer Paypal as a payment method for our members who choose to upgrade their account. Our website is a solid and neat dating site that is strictly aimed at building a long-term relationship.
We have successfully completed the paypal verification (which is used by PayPal for new customers). But out of the blue, without any incident or the like, our account has been blocked by paypal for the reasons that activity has been detected that does not comply with the terms of paypal.
As mentioned, the only thing we offer is Paypal to our members who choose to convert a free membership to a paid membership. We are a professional company and our intentions are honest. Paypal cannot be reached in any way, both in writing and by telephone. And if we object via the Paypal customer portal, we will receive a standard letter that the block is permanent.
Our question is therefore, what could be the cause of this blockage? And above all, what can we do to lift the blockade?
