Paypal denied my unauthorized transaction case

On 1st January 2021, someone with an unknown email id illegally transferred my PayPal balance of $71.89 CAD and left a note "caca" (which means poop in french). Probably they hacked into my account. After reporting this transaction as unauthorized, Paypal denied it saying I authorized it. 

I am extremely disappointed in Paypal support staff for doing this. I am trying to contact customer service but the answering machine says this transaction cannot be resolved over the phone. I am stuck and I need my hard-earned money back. Please help!

Paypal do not cover you for all unauthorised activity if they feel its was your ip address that made the transaction ie you had a virus on your computer for eg OR you gave away your details in a spoof email.
