Filled out and returned 1c3 form as directed by Paypal rep on december 28th for received fake goods misrepresented through a screen grab image by retailer to show product purchased which was a wool sweater with button down collar for $99usd. A nylon sweater was sent that looks nothing like the image other than it has holes for arms. On last day of unreceived goods dispute seller sent merchandise for hadn't heard from retailer since Paypal sent my money on Nov 16th 2020. I even wrote retailer the next day to cancel order once realized it was a screen grab image of product and never heard anything back even though their site states cancellations with full refund if done within 24hrs.
This company www.mjacket.com stated they are in New York City but package was sent direct from Pakistan with return address for goods given as condo in Malaysia.
Retailer offerred me $70usd to keep goods and cancel my claim against them which i refused for didn't see why i should lose out on $29 dollars because they sent junk around the world.
Paypal came back after my refusal of offer that i would have to return the goods to receive full refund which i also refused to do for this just puts me out of pocket again to mail worthless goods around the planet.
I was then directed by paypal rep over phone to complete the ic3 form and send in the the complaint department and my money would be refunded which was done but my case was denied twice now for they state in a form letter "denied for failure to return goods"

Please get a documentation from the government organization or law enforcement agency. It's a complete run around via Paypal.
the worst part is have a Visa on file but the transaction was taken from my bank account.
I have now changed the order of how money is taken out of my account.
Retailers such as these have figured out the way to rip off consumers and keep their money.
Paypal is paving the way for fraud through this waste of world resources by having their users ship the worthless garage back around the planet to hopefully get ones money back or some of it.
