Recently, I noticed that my Debit acount had 0.02$ CAD in it, along with my Paypal account which had -36.12$ CAD in it. I also noticed that Paypal has withdrawed from my debit account twice without warning me and left me only having 2 cents Canadian.

When you do not have enough in your PayPal balance to cover a payment, PayPal will use your bank account. If there are insufficient funds in your bank account for the initial attempt to get funds, PayPal will try 2 more times. You bank will charge your NSF but PayPal doesn't. Unfortunately users don't always to read the user agreement or the faqs on how PayPal works. It's all there. The lesson is to make sure you have funds in your bank, balance, and cards at all times, to cover any purchases. Keep in mind that the payment process of PayPal is automated and can't be canceled midway and PayPal can't check whether or not you have funds in your accounts or not.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
