I paid for a holiday via paypal using my barclaycard. The holiday provider has cancelled and will not give a refund. Who do I speak to about getting a refund. Paypal or Barclaycard?

If you logged into your PayPal account and selected your Barclay card to pay during checkout, you may file a PayPal dispute:
- Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
- Click "Report a problem”.
- Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.
If you used PayPal Guest Checkout without PayPal account at the time, you'll need to dispute through your card issuer. You can dispute with PayPal with the PayPal receipt ID number by contacting customer service but with the reduced PayPal customer service staff, response could take longer.
