Paypal security breach

on the 25th someone hacked my paypal account and paid a gaming site (Xsolla Inc) 2 x 150.68. No verification emails were sent by paypay for the transaction..so I didnt spot it until 30th March. Immediately contacted paypal who it seems sends an automatic reply saying they could see no problem with the transaction and I should talk to the vendor..who have told me to deal with paypal.  I sent an escalation request. asking why they never sent any verification mail for either transaction? Maybe because it was a security breach and so normal protocal wasnt followed by them?  Also that if they check the ip address for transaction..it would be different than our home ip. and as we are all under house quarantine ...on an island, it is easy to establish that this was a hack. Also that Xsolla sent us an imvoice for one transaction, yet 2 payments were made.  Unfortunately no reply from paypal and Xsolla (who I have never heard of) say this....any ideas how I can deal with this?

Please note, we did not charge your card we accepted the approved payments from PayPal.
Sure, you should report this fraud claim to PayPal first for the investigation as they have all data about your payments and IP addresses.
We have blocked that person in our to prevent future possible charges.
Thank you for informing us about fraud!
