I had a dispute with a seller, but I conceded and closed it, as they weren't going to give me a refund. I paid $82 through my debit card that came out of my account. My PayPal account was at $0, which is correct. PayPal took $82, so I am -$82 with my PayPal account. I paid the seller, PayPal didn't. When I closed the dispute, it said I was - $82. I can't pay it once to the seller and again to PayPal. Can someone please help me understand what is happening? PayPal will only give me information about disputing the seller. Please help me.
