Hi, I see a charge of 412.50 on my statement and it seems others also see this PayPal user on their accounts and suspect it’s a scam on their credit card.

This charge on my account is on 5/21/2015

How would I contact PayPal to clarify this

Contact options for Paypal at the moment are...

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello,

I just see your message now.

I just messaged Paypal on Twitter (:

I hope Paypal will charge interest more to provide more support and 100% secure transactions..

I’m tired of Paypal and thismwill probably the last time that I will ever ver use Paypal..

$50 stolen from a buyer before on Ebay claiming that his account was hacked after he received his cd key.. Such conincidence that he logged on right after he got cd key but no notification to his email after the hacker purchased and stolen the cd key..

Such coincidence that the hacker didn’t change the password after they hacked..

Such reliable websites that hackers can hack both paypal and rbay so easily..

Now another case that a seller closed his account without providing a recycled windows key.. Paypal just closed my case and states that they can’t provide any refund..

Didn’t know people can hack on Paypal so easily.. and doesn’t seem like Paypal does much to prevent this since I see a lot of complaints on forums about hacking etc..
