Hello community, lately someone refunded a money transfer and made my balance go negative. I’ve done nothing wrong because i’ve always stayed onto the paypal guidelines but now my account is permanently limited. What am i supposed to do to recover it? By the way, the refunder is a scammer and called their credit card company which made probably tons of people their account go permanently limited.
