How can I double check if the person I sent money to is telling the truth that she hasn’t received my payment even if the status from my end ks completed. There is a resolution case with statua of being reviewed by paypal for the reason of unauthorizes accessz. When will payal revert on the review?

You would file if you believe someone hacked into your account and send payment.
