Pets Supplies Online Shop Fake Soresto Collars

I received completely fake Soresto collars from Pets Supplies Online Shop. They are not only fake, they are very harmful to the pets. When I ordered them, the company hid the fact that they were coming from China or I wouldn't have ordered them.

Been two months and still no refund. I am amazed that Paypal allows these Chinese companies to use their payment platform to sell fake products.

I purchased what I thought was a Bayer Seresto 8 Month Flea & Tick Prevention Collar for Large Dogs on 11/2020 from Pet Supplies Online Store.   I hadn't received the collar in over 30 days and put a dispute for a refund with PayPal.  Once PayPal contacted the seller, I received the collar.   When I received the package and opened it, I could tell it was fake.  I've purchased locally from Tractor Supply so I know what a real collar looks like, including the tin that held the collar.    I requested a refund but since they had closed the original request I couldn't reopen it.

I'm not sure how this person/company operates but I'm guessing they don't ship, you request a refund for non-delivery then PayPal closes the dispute as you receive the item and you can't reopen the same item.   Unbelievable.

I understand your frustration!  I feel PayPal is just as negligent in this as the seller.  ALL the cases against this rip off company and PayPal STILL accepts payments in their behalf!  I was trying to deal with PayPal, but they just wouldn't budge.  They INSISTED that I mail the TWO collars back to China before I could get a refund!!!!   It would have cost more than I paid to buy them mail them back!!  I got tired jumping through their hoops ands finally gave up to save my sanity.  I have used PayPal for about 18 years or so and this was only my second problem.  The first was a seller who never sent an item.  PayPal refunded my money.  But this transaction of the Seresto collars certainly made payPal show their real colors!  THey're definitely in it for the percentages that get accepting the monies for the buyer...... NOT helping the buyer.  If you are reading this PayPal... SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

We just discovered that we got the same scam on the flea collars. I have always told the wife "you get what you pay for". The wording is off a little on the edge of the container, and there is no powder that is the chemical. Also no reflectors in the container. We found the real ones at WalMart and the wife gets a 10% discount there. It's disgusting that someone will endanger a dogs health this way. They should do jail time.
