Pixie Closet is a Scam

I ordered from this company Pixie's Closet. When I received the notice from Pay Pal that I had ordered from YiwuyQianxiang E Commerce, a completely different company I disputed the transaction as unauthorized. I also cancelled this transaction with the company within three hours. The company said I had cancelled within their guidelines of six hours and will refund me  my money. Pay Pal refuses to acknowledge this was an unauthorized transaction. I still have not received my items nor have I received my refund. This is very disheartening because I really liked doing business with Pay Pal.. Not any more. I have now cancelled all ongoing transactions, will pay off what I owe, Despite not receiving my items and Pay Pal not recognizing me as a customer.. I will no longer utilize Pay Pal.. They only support the seller not the customer.

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction, which it was.

 

Why didn't file a dispute for non receipt of item if the seller didn't refund you? Instead you open the wrong dispute and then when its closed you blame paypal for your error.

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal (when and if you can) and see if they will open a second dispute for you.
They may decline citing policies but if you say what happened then they might open a second dispute for you.

If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?

PayPal sucks taking the sellers side.  I agree, I ordered items from Pixie Closet,(aka Yiwu Qianxiang E-commerce Co., Ltd.) and still have not received them after a month.  I ordered my financial institution to stop payments to PayPal and documented all of the transactions and emails to the seller as well as my dispute with PayPal  to my financial institution.  PayPal is insisting I continue to pay seller even though I do not have the items and the seller has not responded to my emails  PayPal has 'resolved' my dispute, even though Pixie Closet still has not come through with the items.   My financial institution is the best:)
