Please help!!

Hi! I bought an item from depop and although I didn't have an account yet when you purchase from the app out states that the payment will be processed by PayPal. After two weeks the item has not been sent and the seller is not answering. I have no activity registered in this account so I can't make the dispute but I have the receipt of the payment and the transaction ID. What else can I do when PayPal just keeps sending automated messages ?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......


1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
