Procedure of Dispute Resolution for a marketplace

I’m setting up a marketplace. There will be buyers, sellers and Platform administrator. The business model is based on commission from buyers to the platform administrator. The platform will escrow the payment from the buyer and once the products are delivered to the buyers and acknowledge that the products are as described and good condition, the platform administrator will release the payment to the seller less the commission. My question is : should there be a problem or dispute between the seller and buyer, who will handle the dispute resolution? Will the platform administrator be involved? Or it will be directly between the seller and buyer and PayPal dispute Resolution center? I would appreciate an assistance and help with this issue!
