I'm an international student in China. I'm facing difficulties by providing proof of address. I'm living at university dormitory, so I cannot provide utility bills. I can only provide a bank statement but the banks in China don't attach any home address to their bank statement. And that's why I couldn't verify my Personal Paypal account. Can anyone help me, please?
