Provisional Credit

It says I received a Provisional Credit for a dispute,however the funds are not in my paypal account nor in my debit card. Also on the receipt it says "Transferred from" and my bank account but I never even touched it. WHERE IS IS THE PROVISIONAL CREDIT LOCATED????

I am having the same issue from the same day - 6/12/2020.

Paypay says they have issued me a provisional credit, but I don't see it.

I've gone round and around with them about it, and am being charged to pay them back for the imaginary credit I was given.

Except they have held my account in a negative balance for almost a week now, even after my payment has cleared.

They will not answer or address my issues.

Resolution center is useless, customer support doesn't exist.

I had the same problem, but I got fixed yesterday after giving proof of a transaction that was to be refunding to me. Customer service did well and I will continue to use paypal.

I find having proof of purchase or what was paid for and if there was extra left from the payment it will be refunded back.
