On PayPal dispute seller first offered me 20 pounds refund, and I didn't accept I payed 78 pounds for 3 controllers. I was advised in home to claim dispute but also let some money be kept for seller to cover his loss. I offered him I want a refund of 60 pounds assuming one gets a counterfeit Chinese ps4 controller for 6 pounds. Now seller has offered me a refund of the 60 pounds provided I return back everything on my shipping. How do I respond to this, I don't see any option except upload tracking info. I am trying to reach PayPal but I don't find their email anywhere. Back story.. I purchased 3 ps4 controllers from ebay seller ohivision2015 and send a note to ship asap. Next day eBay removed his listing for the controllers. I have had this before where as soon as I made a purchase the item gets delisted and eBay did send me refund stating the seller had violated terms, however my last purchase on eBay was a year ago and forgot about it, As soon as I noticed item delisted, I contacted seller asking him about refund and he didn't reply, 3 days later I created an ebay dispute for item not received. After that seller updated item shipped and waited a month meanwhile seller confirmed to me these are genuine controllers when I asked about delisting.. After a month I received and they are counterfeit, eBay auto closes the dispute stating my dispute is for item not received and I received, I should create a new dispute for item counterfeit which would then get processed. But funny thing is you can't change or make new dispute on eBay, only once you can create.. So I was stuck I found it ridiculous that they make people suffer like this with silly stuffs when they knew seller doing fraud activity. I created PayPal dispute and right then I got message on eBay that my case has been created.. Apparently some lady saw my plight and created dispute by herself, but she created for 1 controller, so I contacted them, but she replied since I created a PayPal dispute I forfeit their process.. She did say wait for PayPal to process and she would keep this one as dispute and I could follow up later but I can't do 2 claims on 1 instance which is logical. Now I am stuck with sellers offer to ship back the items on my cost and he will return partial refund. Please advise, the seller is cunning #$&# I fell into his trap and justice process is weak here. How do I manuever this. How can the seller get away with this, his counterfeit low quality ps4 remotes and the boxes are with me, but shipping from here to China is expensive I am getting a quotation of 40 usd. Help plz.
