Recliner Luxury Camp Chair

I ordered 2 Recliner Luxury Camp Chairs on 5/24/2020.  Today is 7/22/2020 and I just received them.  Not only were they NOT the chairs that I ordered, but they are so small even a child could not sit on them.  It was ordered from **bleep**ou (sz) tech co, limited and it was a complete scam.  The first picture is what I ordered and the 2nd picture is what I received.  I have had a dispute open with PayPal since 6/8/2020 and it has still not been resolved.  Seeing that they have had so many complaints filed against this company, I am upset that they still let this company do business on PayPal.

I just received my luxury camp chairs today after placing my order on May 12, 2020. Yes I, too was scammed with these 2 little whatever you want to call them chairs. This is ridiculous. Paypal should reimburse everyone who ordered these chairs. This is nothing as advertised and they should stop doing business with this company. This is truly false advertising and nothing like the picture that they represent. They are taking money from people and sending them these **bleep** little chairs that are totally useless and nothing like they advertised. There should be no questions asked when people request their money back for this garbage that was sent to us.

This is what I’m arguing with PayPal about and they are stating that they are not responsible. They stated I could not have the item and have the money returned back to me at the same time, yet it costs over $100 for return shipping to China. Totally unacceptable and I told PayPal I will be filing a report with the BBB & the Dept. of Consumer Affairs. I completely agree that PayPal should not be allowing this company to still do business with them.

I, too, got scammed. As did a lot of other people, judging by the comments on facebook. I also received dinky, child size chairs, that are nearly too small for a child. My claim/case was closed with proof of delivery. And, there was no place to say that what I received was far from what I ordered. Pay Pal should not be supporting this website. I notified facebook, too. No action will be take, unfortunately. Wish that I could post a photo of what I received.

Can you tell me how you returned them and the price?  I am trying to find a way to return them but the cost to ship them to China is astronomical.  Every quote I found was over the amount I paid for these things.

Even if you return it you will never get what you ordered. I continue to threaten the company, via email, that I am reporting them and to reimburse me the total amount thru PayPal.

I was also scammed this chair/stool is useless I'm so upset. It's nothing like the picture I want my money back.

They will never send you what you paid for. Keep demanding to get your money back, report it through Paypal and talk to your bank about help getting your money back.
