Paid Deposit US $375 for a Private Holiday Rental in December. Now wish to cancel but rental owner not answering my e-mail requests to cancel and return my deposit back onto my PayPal account. Owner is a “reputable” VRBO, Stayz and Air BnB property advertiser. Offered to book directly with her to save me the holiday property rental sites fees. Am I able to pursue this through PayPal or do I just have to accept I have lost my deposit altogether? Advice on how to proceed would be gratefully approved. Thankyou Carol
