Ryanair have cancelled my flights for 2 days time, impossible to contact them, refund form constantly throws an error up,can refund be claimed back through Paypal?

Yes escalate the case, Paypal will pursue the claim for you and you'll eventually get your money back. Ryanair will come back saying they offered you a voucher but tell them you declined it and you want a refund which you're totally entitled to. Be patient, you'll eventually get a refund, I got mine this week.

Well, Ryanair is responding now; so maybe you just have to be a little patient. You can get your money back or a voucher. It is up to you.

They respond but drag the process out saying you can get a refund after lockdown ends as you'll be placed in a queue. They give no date or any helpful information, they're just illegally holding your money so definitely go through Paypal as they'll actually get it back rather than waiting more months.

Well I guess that Paypal handles different accounts differently, because my case was flat out rejected by them with no means of appeal.

Have you all escalated your dispute to claim?
I never had this option in the resolution centre. When I "view" my case in the resolution centre is under review from PayPal with a resolution date in few days from today. Should I just wait?
