Hello Community
My question is "Can PayPal intervene to enable me to get some action/refund from GoOutdoors regarding a refund for a returned jacket purchased online"
The following is an email I've sent to GoOutdoors:
Hello Go Outdoors
On the 19th January 2021 I received the above order from you – a Rab Men’s Resolution jacket.
Finding the jacket did not suit, I returned the jacket to you on the same day (19th January 2021) by Royal Mail Special delivery. The tracking number is NY185642915GB. The parcel was returned to GO C/O JKPHILIPS, Unit 3 Goldborne Point, Ashton Road, WA3 3UL.
You received the parcel next day on the 20th January 2021. The parcel was signed for by “Tank” ??.
Regarding the refund, your web site states, ” It usually takes between 3-5 working days to clear into your bank account.”
I have not received an acknowledgment or a refund and it is now the 6th working day after you received the return.
I would be most grateful if you would look into the matter for me and process the refund to my PayPal account.
Its now the 7th working day and I've also tried to telephone them but the automated message says they cannot take my call. The reason I'm concerned is that some of the Trustpilot reviews regarding GoOutdoors customer service are pretty dismal.
