Is it possible to get a refund from a scheme site that's using the PayPal's plugin for Debit/Credit Cards - I made the payment with Debit Card not with PayPal?
I felt in a SCAM SCHEME, I saw a FAKE screenshot of famous person which was saying to google a brand of hand watches and I found a site that was selling them for $0 I purchase one , they take money only for Shipping + Insurance .
Later I made another search about those watches and I found that it's a SCAM SCHEME.
If refund is not possible can I at least report that site and the company behind for a SCAM SCHEME to PayPal ?
