So i order a game from game stop for total of $85 dollars paypal shows that gamestop took the money to authorize an to order but game stop showing my order never went through. Ive called game stop multiple times they say there has been no order been placed. Ive not received game or refund plzzzzz help been week an a half now. Cant contact paypal cuz of the covid 19 i feel robbed
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.

It shows one pending for authorization. Shows one pending ordered placed. Both showing that it has taken $84.79 on both transactions. I dont see anywhere to cancel or any dates besides the date i placed the order.
