I make a booking at July 31 2019,the booking it was for March 18 2020 but is cancelled because of covid 19. I ask refund from PayPal but it was over 180 days so PayPal cannot refund this money, PayPal ask to apply to Qatar airways for this refund, I ask Qatar airways and they cannot refund my booking because i pay with PayPal. Anyone knows how I will take my money back?
