Refund

I purchased what I thought was a monthly subscription on a meditation app which clearly stated "7.95* monthly". It was only after purchasing and checking my pay pal account I noticed they took the whole years subscriptions of 94 euro from my account. I've contacted them 3 times regarding a refund and they have not replied. If I opened a pay pal dispute would i be entitled to a refund considering the website was misleading

All you can do is try, as we don't know the exact wording of the item / service then can't advise really.

If it doesn't work and they are a company in Ireland then you could try the small claims court OR a chargeback if you funded that paypal payment via a card.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank for the reply. It was Headspace. And by the looks of it it happens quiet a bit as it's one of their main FAQ's, only problem is it provides a solution for iPhone users not Android paying with pay pal via Google Pay. Just states to contact them within 48 hours for a refund which is did, twice, but no response.
