Refunds

I paid for an order on tu clothing website using PayPal,have since returned items which was on 31/03/20 and have not received refund,tu departments are closed on phone,emails etc because of needing staff in Sainsbury’s customer services etc due to coronavirus,have phoned Sainsbury’s customers they couldn’t help due to it being separate department,how do I get my money back?
