After not receiving my goods on June 5th order, I file a claim on June 29th. Seller moves and sends me a tracking but doesn’t drop it to FEDEx. I researched and found several complaints from foamma.com (foam company). Immediately I submitted a claim, PP giving the seller 10 days to respond event though I submitted several images of complaints that others have the same issue and disputing their charges on PP. On the last day to respond, he decides to finally ship the product on 7/8, which I requested a REFUND long time ago…now I’m going on a month 1/2 and more b/c this isn’t done yet. I no longer want his crap. PP gives him another week 7/14 to respond…and this is the day the FEDEX supposedly will come. If I reject this package/ship back to seller, does PP immediately issue my funds or am I stuck at a closed case/have to deal with merchant alone? I asked PP several times but they aren’t giving me a straight answer. Any insight appreciated.

If the item was delivered to your address, the seller's tracking would show successful delivery. What happens to the package after that delivery is typically not tracked by a shipping company. In a situation of a significantly not as described item, the buyer is typically instructed to ship the item back with their own tracking.
So if the item turns up and its tat (which it probably is if from a China website or Social Media ad) then see if you can change the dispute quickly before it closes to 'item received but not as described'.

Then i hope you have activated the below link to help with any return shipping costs.

Thanks for the reply! If I do this return, does seller have control how much to return me? Does he take out shipping costs out of the return. Or, does PP immediately refund me, or is this a long going process again of PP giving the seller more time to respond. Not even sure if it’s worth my time for $47.
