Reopen a closed dispute

I made a purchase on the 24/11/19 and have not received the goods through Aervideo. I started a dispute for this, unfortunately when Aervideo replied through PayPal about this, we were in Africa and could not access internet to reply or keep the dispute open so it was closed. I have since contacted the supplier by email as you suggest but no answer, we cannot reopen the dispute and we paid quite a bit for goods still not received. They are pretty shonky these guys and should not be able to operate through PayPal. Where do I go from here?

Contact customer service to ask if you can reopen dispute but no guarantees because timely response is part of maintaining buyer protection. 

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

If that fails and you paid with card, dispute through card issuer instead.
