Resolution Center not working

Hello! I'm trying to file a dispute in Resolution Center but it doesn't seem to be working. Just loading to infinity. Any fixes?

I am experiencing the same issue. I was able to file a dispute by using the PayPal Assistant message system. Follow the link below and wait for the teal box to appear that says "Do you want to send us a message?" It will walk you through the process. I went back to Resolution Center and confirmed that the freshly filed dispute was sitting there as it is supposed to be.
